- Offer free non-medical support programs to help people live better with cancer.
- Support cancer research projects at the Atlantic Cancer Research Institute (ACRI).

In 2024
- 70,800 visits to the Dr. Léon-Richard Oncology Centre and regional clinics.
- 50% of patients at the Dr. Léon-Richard Oncology Centre come from the Moncton area and 50% from other regions in New Brunswick, as well as PEI, Nova Scotia and Québec.
- 813 patients and 193 companions lodged for free at the Mgr. Henri-Cormier Lodge, for a total of 1006 patients/families.
- Most common cancers: breast, lung, colorectal and prostate.
- Specializations such as gynecologic oncology and advanced brachytherapy serve patients from across the province.
- Every week, 95 New Brunswickers are diagnosed with cancer.

The Tree of Hope is an annual fundraiser whose mission is to provide increased comfort and care for cancer patients.
