Employees of the Vitalité Health Network – Zone 1B can support the CHU Dumont Foundation’s efforts to improve the care provided at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre by participating in the Staff Lottery. Each pay period, you have a chance to win $1,000 by having $5 deducted from your pay.
Joker’s Wild
Participants of the Staff Lottery can win an additional prize by choosing to participate in the Joker’s Wild draw. Tickets are an extra $2 per pay period (by payroll deduction).
It’s quite simple! One participant is drawn at random and must then choose a card. If they draw the joker, they win the amount accumulated. If not, they receive a consolation prize of $50. The card that’s drawn is removed from the deck, thereby increasing the chances of winning the amount the next period.
Existing Joker’s Wild participants may purchase extra tickets for $2 each that can be paid through payroll deduction or purchased from the Foundation. Extra tickets must be purchased by 4 p.m. on the Monday preceding the draw.
Draws are held on the Wednesday of each pay week and winners are announced on our Facebook page.
