Moncton, February 12, 2024 – The CHU Dumont Foundation’s Valentine’s Day Gala, presented by National Bank, celebrated its 29th edition on February 10. Thanks to the 380 attendees, partners and sponsors, the Foundation raised $100,000 that will be invested in the improvement of care and health services offered at the Dr.-George-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Since its first edition, the Valentine’s Day Gala has helped raise more than $1.6 million.
The chair of the CHU Dumont Foundation’s Board of Directors, Sébastien Dupuis, feels grateful for the support of the public that, year after year, actively participates in the success of the Foundation’s initiatives.
“It is the unconditional support of the community and our partners that allows us to succeed in fulfilling our mandate. This 29th edition is no exception. The extreme generosity shown by our partners, sponsors and participants will allow us to support other important projects for the many departments of our hospital centre. We are proud to contribute to improving care and health services at the Dumont UHC,” Dupuis said.
